As a membership-owned and volunteer-run Club, we depend on each other to make Pangborn the best experience for all members. Our membership’s engagement is what continues to make Pangborn one of the best communities around.

Each member family is to fulfill a minimum 4 service hours a year. Fulfilling your service hours will be easy as the Bait Shack is a fully member-staffed model. There are also opportunities to fulfill your service hours in landscaping, clubhouse and tennis courts maintenance, and social events. Please see Service Hours Opportunities here.

Pangborn cannot function efficiently without our members’ investment in the community. Your participation is vital. If the minimum 4 service hours are not met by your family, a $100 opt-out fee will be applied to your account at the end of the season. Payment must be made to renew membership the following year.

• Minimum 4 service hours per member family, per year
• Anyone age 13 and over can fulfill the service hours required for the family
• Families with all members age 65 and over are exempt from the service hours requirement (but you are still welcome to help!)
• $100 fee applied if the minimum 4 service hours requirement is not met
